Your responsibilities

• You will work in an international team in the field of Aerospace Engineering for Aircraft Systems like the combat fighters Eurofighter, the future next generation fighter, unmanned systems and military or commercial helicopters

• You support the development, specification and integration of Flight Simulation Systems or other safety-critical embedded systems or subsystems for our customers 

• You analyse and define system or SW requirements based on system architecture and interface specifications or other system relevant speciation according to the guidelines

• You support the system architecture development and the Interface definition and management

• You define the requirements for the acceptance criteria

• Perform stakeholder identification and management

• Perform the technical milestone reviews with customers or any other stakeholder

• You analyse and review the system requirements as a basis for subsequent test activities

• You support or conduct the test execution or perform system/system integration and test execution of the flight simulation applications or other safety-critical embedded systems or subsystems related to flight simulations

• You create or upgrade test specifications, test cases and test protocols

• Verification of the implementation of the system's requirements

• You document the results into test reports and analyse the test results to upgrade system's requirements

• You establish system requirements documentations (SRS, IDD, DDP or others)

• You present or report system engineering progress

What we are looking forward to

• You have successfully completed your studies in the field of computer science, electrical- or aerospace engineering, mathematics, physics, or comparable aviation engineering qualification

• You are a professional in Engineering of Flight Simulations or other Training Means more than 3 years

• You have good experiences in defining and implementing system or SW Requirements (beneficial in Aerospace) according to ARP4754 and/or ARP6883

• Experiences in DOORS

• Experiences in SysML/UML

• Experiences in MBSA is an advantage

• Having knowledge of bus systems (MIL-STD, ARINC, Serial) is an advantage

• You have good skills in communicating technical content and progress of projects

• You speak fluent English

• German skills are a great advantage and willingness to learn German is mandatory

• Important note: Due to legal requirements, unfortunately only applicants with German, Spanish, British or Italian nationality can be considered for projects in the military environment
