YOUR TASKS
The Start up! trainee program provides young talents with an entrepreneurial mindset and gives the opportunity to learn, thrive, gain diverse insights into the organization and to explore new topics
You’ll have 5 assignments, at least 1 abroad, with a period of 3 months in a total period of 18 months
Your first assignment will be in the technology & innovation environment and after that you decide which topics you will dive deep into
Fridays are spent within the Start up! Community on “Magenta Friday”, where all trainees come together to work on joint projects
YOUR PROFILE
Successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Software Engineering, or similar, with strong IT or programming skills
At least 6 months of relevant internships
In-depth knowledge in areas like network technologies (5G, ORAN), software engineering (DevOps, cloud), AI, big data and cybersecurity
Innovative, human-centered, ethically driven and committed to social responsibility
International experience and active involvement in social or entrepreneurial projects
