Trainee Focus Finance (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS

• The Start up! trainee program empowers young talent with an entrepreneurial spirit, providing opportunities to learn, grow, and gain broad exposure across the organization while exploring various fields
• During the 18-month program, you'll complete 5 assignments, including one international rotation, each lasting approximately 3 months
• Your journey begins in a finance role, after which you can select specific areas to specialize in
• Every Friday, trainees come together for "Magenta Friday" within the Start up! community, working collaboratively on group projects and shared initiatives

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, business administration, or a related field with outstanding grades
• Strong interest in finance, with relevant university courses; skilled with numbers, analysis, and deriving actions
• At least six months of internships or work experience in corporate settings, accounting, or consulting
• Strong intercultural skills and international experience (e.g., studying abroad)
• Passionate about driving change; experience in social projects is a plus
• Fluent in English (C1 level) and willing to learn German independently
