As a Consultant:

• You will support projects at well-known insurance companies or banks, following an onboarding phase tailored to your needs.
• You will be responsible for the design, detailed analysis, and implementation of customized solutions for our clients.
• You will quickly take on responsibility in agile teams and specialize in AI, platform or transformation projects.
• You will contribute to Synpulse’s development through exciting internal projects on a global level and can participate in recruiting to help shape the heart of Synpulse.

About you:

• You have strong communication skills in both English and German (Must).
• You have a master's or PhD degree - or will complete it in the near future - with an excellent final grade.
• You have a combined understanding of business and technology.
• You have ideally gained practical experience in an insurance company, a bank, or in a consultancy firm.
• You have strong teamwork and interpersonal skills and are willing to travel.
