Trainee Focus Technology & Security (m/w/d) - Board Area Germany

YOUR TASKS

• The Start up! trainee program provides young talents with an entrepreneurial mindset and gives the opportunity to learn, thrive, gain diverse insights into the organization and to explore new topics
• You’ll have 5 assignments, at least 1 abroad, with a period of 3 months in a total period of 18 months
• Your first assignment will be within a technology & security environment and after that you decide which topics you will dive deep into
• Fridays are spent within the Start up! Community on “Magenta Friday”, where all trainees come together to work on joint projects

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in engineering, business, or similar with strong programming or specialized knowledge
• 6+ months of experience in IT, cloud, network architecture, cybersecurity, or data environments
• Knowledge ideally in areas like 5G, IoT, digitalization, machine learning, and/or cybersecurity
• Initial project management experience
• Strong data analytics skills for strategic insights
• International experience and strong intercultural competence
