The Eaton Engineering & Technology Early Talent Leadership Development Program is a two-year rotational program that involves two unique, twelve-month assignments across different business and two different countries in the EMEA region, to prepare you for future leadership career.
The assignments might take place in the following areas: power electronics, multidisciplinary software, data science, embedded systems, safety and systems engineering, mechanical engineering.
Our main base locations for these positions might include UK, Ireland, Italy, France, Germany, Austria, Czech Republic.
