Information Technology Early Talent Leadership Development Program

As we have closed the recruitment for the 2024 intake of our Information Technology Early Talent Leadership Development Program, we are inviting those graduating before September 2025 to pre-register for our next intake. Once we open the recruitment for it (around January-February 2025), we will notify everyone pre-registered via email.

Eaton’s Information Technology Early Talent Leadership Development Program offers a unique opportunity to kick-start your international career. Our main base locations for the roles are Hungary and Poland.

What you’ll do:

• Program duration: Two years
• Rotations: Two unique six-month and one twelve-month assignments
• IT functions: data science, project/product management, Continuous Improvement/OPEX, IT business analysis – depending on the country and business unit you will focus on.
• Locations: Two different countries in the EMEA region
• Career path: Preparation for future leadership roles (e.g. Integration Services Director)

Qualifications:

• Currently possesses, or will have obtained any bachelor’s or master's degree in STEM or Business with preference for Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Computing, Technology or related with a graduation date no later than August 2025
• Work or internship experience is a plus (up to 3 years of experience)
